We have become experts in providing consistent, relevant, practical training, tools and methodologies through our rigourous approach to the LDP
We want to share what we have learnt with other learning and development professionals who may not have the resources or time to develop their own detailed LDP.
With this in mind, we have developed a PowerPoint based, easy to navigate and load on any system (you don't need an LMS), LDP toolkit that aims to provide a broad understanding of the essential role of learning and development and helps learning and development specialists help align their organsiations strategy with their professional development.
