Martin has over 30 years experience in the development of leadership capability in support of businesses achieving improved organisational outcomes.   He is passionate about people leading people in a constructive culture and about leveraging ethical people strategies to achieve improved business outcomes.   He is the founder and director of an organisation specialising in the development of human potential through personal and organisational change.  

An experienced program leader and facilitator of capability delivery and change management programs in the public sector, Martin provides crucial leadership influence with internal and external stakeholders to deliver leadership development, coaching and mentoring programs, HR systems cultural change projects and structural change assurance.

Martin has an innate ability to think laterally and lead in complex environments through his excellent conceptual and analytical skills. He has led reform in organisations by focusing on the potential of individuals and teams. This reform also included implementation of enhanced internal governance arrangements and formation of an office of strategic management to address shortfalls in strategy execution.

He has led teams implementing cultural change projects in large organisations undergoing restructure by adopting new leadership models, which contributed to improved retention and improvement in leadership outcomes.
