  • 25+ years’ experience in training delivery and development, with a primary focus on team and personal effectiveness, goal setting, coaching skills, change management and leadership capability development

  • 8 years’ experience of professional coaching and mentoring in the public and private sector. Many of Audrey’s private coaching clients are small business owners, and she is very comfortable working with mentoring clients in this area, especially those new to business

  • 4+ years’ experience designing, developing, marketing and delivering online training and coaching programs, focused on increasing capability in the areas of productivity, time management, positive mindset and personal effectiveness

  • Been a Small Business Mentor for the Polaris Business and Innovation Centre since 2013, offering support and expertise to business owners across a range of growth and development areas

Audrey believes the diversity of her business background allows her to draw upon a rich pool of experiences in organisations, from corporates to micro businesses, including not-for-profit entities. She has worked with large global and local organisations in operational management, recruitment, learning and strategic project roles, and has also coached and mentored people across many industries in smaller SME’s.
